By downloading any Files from the Abdul Latif Jameel 75th Anniversary website at the domain <www.jameel75.com>  you are provided with a non-exclusive, fully revocable and temporary license to use the File(s) for strictly for your own personal, i.e. non-commercial, use ONLY.  A “File” includes any video or images, including graphics, logotypes, sound files including ringtones, tunes and alerts.

All files remain protected by copyright and all intellectual property rights are fully reserved.

The Abdul Latif Jameel name, font, logotype, pentagon graphic, 75 graphic, Community Jameel name, font, heart graphic and 75 graphic are trademarks or registered trademarks of Abdul Latif Jameel IPR Company Limited.

The following conditions must be fully respected and adhered to when using the 75th Anniversary Logotypes.

1. Any usage must be personal use only.  All commercial or business use is strictly prohibited.
2. The design must be used on an ‘as is’ basis, without any distortions, modifications and/or processing.
3. The following are examples of prohibited use of Logo Design.

Mandatory Discontinuation of Use:

We will determine, at our absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use through your use of any of the Files downloaded from <jameel75.com>. When a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use has occurred, your temporary right to use any File(s) downloaded is immediately revoked and you must cease all usage, give up all materials and delete from any physucal or digital storage system any and all usage or application of these File(s),  upon request.   We may take any such action as we deem appropriate.  A breach of these terms of use may result in us, at our complete discretion, taking all or any of the following actions:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent suspension and/or withdrawal of your right to use the File(s) downloaded.
• Issue of a warning to you.
• Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
• Further legal action against you.
• Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities.

All liability is excluded for actions taken by us, in response to breaches of these Terms and Conditions of Use. The responses described in this Policy are not limited, and other actions may be taken by Abdul Latif Jameel.
